I hate moving

I didn't realize how much I hate moving until I started packing up my possessions. I also didn't realize how many pairs of shoes I have! Even though  I hate packing all of my stuff up, I'm excited to move out of the small town I'm in and start something new. It's almost like starting fresh.

Warmer the weather, colder the drinks

Saturday morning my girl and I returned from Florida for a WELL deserved vacation and I am ready to go back! We stayed at Orange Lake Resorts and it was super dope. It was a three bedroom condo surrounded with golf courses and amazing scenery with everything we needed located in the complex . We hung out by the pool everyday and relaxed, sipped on a few cold drinks, and went swimming. We also checked out Full Sail University because I am considering going there early next year. The campus is amazing with all of the latest high tech gadgets, great landscape, and friendly instructors/employees.

Ever since I bought my Sony a33, I have been trying to learn everything about it. There is so many functions I still need to learn but I feel like I have a good feel for it so far. I'll post some videos and pictures I took so you can see the quality of the camera. I really like the image quality but one thing Sony DSLR's need to work on is the audio, I'm going to purchase a DSLR mic for it so I can pick up a broader range of sound. Check out Keyon freestyling over a beat that I forgot its name lol and a few pictures I have taken.

New Sh!t

I haven't really had the chance to update lately, i've been so busy which is a good thing I guess... I just bought a Sony a33 DSLR camera and that thing is awesome! I can take HD videos and snap some dope pictures. I will be posting pics and new videos real soon. Keep an eye out for my boy Pierre a.k.a Jewlz video dropping in the next two weeks.

Shout out to up and coming artist Underground Jewelz out of Jackson, MI. He has a big show tonight at the Rocket in Jackson that could boost his music career. Wish him luck. I'll keep you posted.

Exit 100A

Man... life is progressing so fast I can hardly keep up! I am now a college graduate and wow... is it stress relieving!!! Cloudy Productions is in full effect and I have stacks on stack on stacks of ideas jumbling around in my head. I'm contemplating whether I should go back to school and get this video productions degree or work on Cloudy Productions and build my clientel up. So many life decisions to make, but I have faith that I will make the right ones and move forward and do great things. Recently, SuperJones and I linked up to film some cool stuff and it resulted in a promo commercial for his website. http://www.superjonesmusic.com/. Check it out.

M.I.A. no way.

Since my hometown team, the Detroit Pistons didnt make the finals...or the playoffs even, the Bulls look like the next worthy contender for the 2011 NBA championship. Miami may have had an off game against the Bulls, but that is more than likely not true. The Bulls put the clamps on the Heats offense and it looks like thats how its going to stay for the remainder of the series.

R.I.P. Lakers- Next year is our year.

Still yawning from the night before...

I haven't had the chance to update anything on here lately due to insufficient hours in a day. I've been getting my portfolio and everything needed complete before graduation on May 21st. Shout out to all of my Mu Omega Pi brothers who are graduating, we did it!

On Spring Break 2011, my fraternity brother Phil and I met some dudes from Kentucky. The talk of music came up and one thing lead to another, then next thing you know we have a beat box freestyle from R3 and Mr. J.o. R3 spoke to us in an interview and gave us a little information about what he's been up to.The lighting for the interview is a little over exposed but it's still pretty cool. I had the chance to meet Expo on a video shoot in Ann Arbor. He said he has a mixtape out and would like to shoot a video for a track, so of course we had to link up. This is what happened when we did.

Busy Busy Busy!!

Lately it has seemed like things are falling into place, which is a great feeling. A number of things are in the works from my team.

1. Just shot a video for my boy Expo out in Jackson which should be droppin real real soon.
2. Yacht Club Inc's artist G Nut is droppin some hot lava in the studio. Expect his mixtape "who is G Nut?" hittin your area sooner than you think.
3. My boy PY is also laying down some hot tracks in the studio, so expect some things from him.
4. The homie Super Jones is dropping his mixtape on 4/20, "lifestyles of the young and autonomous".
5. Super Jones is also doin a show in Kent, OH on 4/22.
6. Lastly, it's finally gettin warmer in the cold state of Michigan!
